I really think exactly which adapter you get (although they all work about the same) varies as vendor supplies change and depends on the merchant you buy from.
Personally I bought from 4 triangles. The PSX/PS2 USB adapter I got is black and made by a company called Jietron. They call it the Super Dual Box Advance. It comes with a mini CD-ROM with a driver for the rumble. However, the driver wouldn't work for me on XP x64 - no surprise there. The funny thing is, on the 4 triangles web site they depict the Super Dual Box Pro from Mayflash, not that it matters to me.
Other than that the thing works great! I use it with PSone dual shock controllers (SCPH-110) with ePSXe. Of course one has to configure this in ePSXe first. Original PSX dual shock controllers I tried also work. The analog sticks feel good, maybe more sensitive on the emulator than the original PSX, but if so, it is not much.

I have had this product for a couple weeks now. I actually received one that was black instead of the one pictured.
I've had very little trouble with this converter. I am using PS2 arcade sticks on my PC and the converter has been running well. I first used it on my laptop which has Windows Vista. I just plugged it in and it worked fine for a while. But after a few days I was getting no response from my controllers. Though I am fairly certain it could be the controllers.
I also used it on my desktop that has Windows XP. All I did was plug it in and I was set. I had a very similar problem here as I did with my laptop. However, my friend and I were playing a game and then my controllers just inexplicably stopped responding. Again, could have just been the controllers.
Overall, this is a good buy for those looking to use PS2 controllers on their laptop or PC. It is cheap and easy to install.
Very Good, works with Guitar Hero Controller, good deal!

Bought this for use with frets on Fire under Linux. Everything works well. Notably it came in black instead of transparent blue, I kinda like the blue, but oh well, everything works as it ought to.
Great Product

For fans buying NBA 2K9 for PC and looking to use their PS2 controller, this is the product to buy. Works just as needed. I am using Windows Vista business. It may take a little effort to correctly map the buttons, but of course you can map them according to your taste.
