I love the watch, i play sports with it on, i do everything with this watch on i have had this watch for one month and have loved it most of my freinds have guesed that it costs $100+. it has taken some nasty blows and is still alive the band is great and has not broken and i am as hapy as can be.

All I can say is that this is probably the best product I bought online and believe me I buy a lot. Every thing about the watch is amazing...The looks are very professional. I was looking for a watch with a metal strap and having multiple option like thermometer, stop watch, world time, analog & digital display. There are quite a few watches in this category which do not cost a fortune. This served my purpose very well. It also has japanese movement which adds additional quality tag to it. I never take ever take it off except which playing tennis doubles because I have a wierd fear that I might smash the watch's glass on my partners bat:) I owned a earlier Casio databank watch which I managed to use for 8 years. Finally I realized that the casing was just a plastic with a metal coating. Before I bought this watch I wanted to be absolutely sure that all the parts are metal. Unless something real bad happens (like somehow get clobered under a truck or I smash it with a hammer), I think I will manage to use it till the end of time. The only cons I can find in it is I wish it could have a data bank too. I know that is too demanding from an already amazing watch.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH CASIO WATCHES!!

I have had a Casio watch for about a year and now the watchband needs replaced. I was informed by Walmart that they cannot replace a Casio watchband. I called Casio and they told me that as far as they know NO CASIO WATCHBAND CAN BE REPLACED BY A NORMAL WATCHBAND! I had to order a watchband from Casio and they had to know which model it was before I ordered it. Total price: $12.00 shipping, handling and sales tax included. I then asked the representative if instructions would be included because it was a different type of setup instead of pins. HE SAID THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO RECOMMEND TAKING THE BAND TO A JEWELER TO HAVE IT PUT ON!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS AS BANDS DO NOT LAST FOREVER!!

If you're looking for a thermometer watch, I suggest you look elsewhere. Thw watch is heavy and seems well constructed but the thermometer feature lacks. I tried to calibrate this thing as described in the user guide, and while I was wearing it (as suggested by other reviewers) but it simply will not give an accurate temperature reading. But for $50.00, you get what you pay for.
