First purchased this product right at the farm in Italy. It was just down the hill from the villa that a group of us had rented for vacation. Tuscany is certainly noted for its' olive oil and we found this to be one of the best. Smooth, rich, a slight peppery finish. This is too good to be mixed with anything.
