This is the perfect size pan for gravy and sauces. The non-stick coating is excellent. The handle stays cool while cooking. The price can't be beat. I highly recommend having a couple of these on-hand so you can save your 2 or 3 quart sauce pans for when you really need the size.

Wonderful little pot for melting butter, making apricot glaze, etc. If it had a lid it would have gotten the fifth star.

This wonderful little pan works well. I've used it for melted butter, boiled eggs, boiled water for ramen and re-heat all kinds of canned vegetables. Pour spout is especially great when pouring hot liquids. Highly recommended!!

I love this little sauce pan. I use for so many things..soup, sauce, boiling a few eggs, etc. Cleaning is pretty easy, you do have to "detail" clean around the handle sometimes, but I gave it 5 stars because the rest of the pan cleans so easily. Very sturdy, great quality. This sauce pan is my first piece Calphalon, I'm hooked, will buy more from Amazon.
Little Sauce Pan

So far this little sauce pan has been great! It's truly non-stick, easy to use, easy to clean, beautiful, and efficient. Take note however, it is a mini sauce pan. If there aren't measurements, take a measuring cup and compile 3/4 of a quart - that's its size. Perfect for my needs though!
