This is a wonderful large salt crystal that really adds color and flavor to any dish you would accent with salt. It does disolve quickly so use it just before serving.

I love the taste of this salt, as another viewer did state the black coloring of the salt does spread. The salt crystals are a good size with out being over powering.

Salt is not one of the she's she recommends but she is using this and loves it.

The black salt seems a little bit mouisture. When you are seasoning in you dish or pan, the black colour may spread over.

Makes a nice presentation and has a nice flavor. Large crystals are very versatile.
