It's alright, it's a good tasting tea, but I didn't notice anything else special from it. I didn't feel like I had more energy or anything like that. But the tea was good.

I really enjoy this tea for several reasons. Not only was it a good price BUT you can reuse your servings. YES! Don't throw it away after one cup. You can still get another cup out of your first one!! I'm big on conservation so the more ways I can get additional use out of something I try it.
I recommend only drinking an 8oz serving to start to see if you like it. Your body needs time to react to its new metabolism rate and you will notice your hunger increasing. On the weekends I brew myself a pot of hot water and make about two cups. It really supresses your appetite. BUT I also drink it while working out. For some reason it keeps the energy going.
My skin was breaking out a little on my face and when I started drinking this product it really did clear it up. I definitely recommend this tea!!!!
not sure about weight loss, but yummy tea in general

I'm not too sure about the weight loss benefits, since I've been drinking this tea for about a month now and have not seen any sort of weight/fat loss. However, oolong is a very healthy tea in general, with many health benefits, and it also tastes great. It's also a great tea for many food recipes! The included tea bags were kind of weird - I expected them to be individually packaged tea bags, but it's actually loose-leaf, with big tea pouches for making entire pots. If you're just making tea for yourself, you will need a tea strainer.
