Pluses:
-------
- interesting new versions of well-known moves
- good lower body workout, keeps your heartrate elevated
- nice and motivating instructor that cues well
Minuses:
--------
- apart during moves that use my own weight ( pushups ) my upper body does not feel challenged enough by the workout
- if you are a beginner or are not too coordinated some of the lower body moves could be dangerous to your joints as you have to change directions very quickly

I love weighted workouts, but this one had so many multiple things going on.. for instance, the fancy side squats (while doing like 4 other things at the same time) should be done very carefully if you have ever had any knee injuries or pain. this is a move a person should be extra careful to do in correct form anyway, but the way it is done in the video makes it difficult to understand if you are doing it in correct form or not. i understand the need to be creative, but i also think there is a balance in the sense that we must be mindful of the way we are moving as well in order to avoid injury.

MI Tina did a great job with this one. I've been using FIRM videos 5 times a week for a couple of years and this one kept my heart rate up the entire time. I didn't think a 4lb ball could fee so heavy. The additional 8 minute ab workout is really good as well. She uses a variety of classic moves with a twist as well as all new moves. If you're up for a total body challenge, you need this one!

I was pleasantly surprised with this DVD. Tina is not my favorite FIRM instructor but she does a great job with the workout. The workout itself is very challenging-this is not for beginners.
