Not what I was hoping for

I love Sade and I was very excited to wait for this CD but very dissapointed to find that only one song I liked.

Soldier of Love is typical Sade. Sexy and beautiful. I love her sound. Glad she's back making music.

The CD Soldier of Love is extraordinary and exemplifies Sade's work as an artist. She gets a thumb up for this album. Her vocals as always are as smooth and soaring as a bird of nature soars the skies. I only had one problem and that was the delivery of the CD. Even though you all had a delivery window date, it was just too long from the time you all said it had been shipped until the time that I received it was like a month. Just too long. I would think you all are going to use this info for quality assurance purposes, therefore I would order from you all again provided this problem is taken care of. Thanks, Violet Elaine Mitchell.

I saw a Yahoo blog/article on release of the Album. (I still listen to the previous releases, especially 'Lovers Rock' frequently), and thought "has it been that long?". Immediately went to Amazon and purchased it. Bottom line: it gets better, more familiar, and sentimental, with every listen. I won't write a music critics opinion. This will feel like a fresh SADE album/CD upon 1st listen. After 2 or 3, 4 listens? it justs gets better- like all the Sade albums. Pleasant Surprise, really.
